Jane is a consumer with personal experiences relating to various areas, most recently as a patient at Lifehouse and as an informal carer for others. Diagnosed with Breast Cancer in 2015, Jane experienced the full expertise of Lifehouse over a two-year period.
Her personal experiences and her more than thirty years’ experience within the healthcare market highlighted to her the importance of customer, patient, clinician, and consumer relationships to drive good outcomes and experiences.
It is these experiences that led her to form an organisation that consults, explores and co-designs future possibilities within the healthcare system.
Jane has been on the Partnership Advisory Council since 2018 and in a position as co-chair and Chair since 2019.
