Dora Eisenberg (pictured left), has been one of Lifehouse’s longest serving volunteers.

At 101 years of age, Dora spoke about how her mother taught her to be a giver not a taker and how she has applied this to her whole life. Dora has been awarded a Medal of the Order of Australia for her continued service to the community for her dedicated work.

Lorainne Brecard (pictured right), Manager for Volunteer Services said: “Every week we have more than 100 vollies [volunteers] making a difference to the Lifehouse community, providing everything from pet therapy, music therapy, refreshments, art engagement, patient support, company in the wards
