The Cooper Rice-Brading Foundation Inaugural Gala Dinner | Chris O'Brien Lifehouse
In Inspiring Stories, Lifehouse News, Patient Stories

Tickets are now on sale for the Inaugural Gala Dinner for the Cooper Rice-Brading Foundation.

Cooper Rice-Brading may appear to be a normal, sports-mad 18 year old boy, attending school, playing cricket three times a week after school and on Saturdays. He will still be sitting HSC later this year.

Cooper, however, has been diagnosed with the rare and often fatal cancer sarcoma, and attends treatment three times a week at Chris O’Brien Lifehouse.

Also unlike most teenaged boys, he has launched his own foundation to raise funds for sarcoma research at Lifehouse.

The event will take place on Tuesday 28 March. Peter Overton and Michael “Wippa” Wipfli are the hosts supported by some of Australia’s finest musicians playing in the Sydney Symphony Orchestra and the Australian World Orchestra.

Tickets are $250 and include canapés, a three course meal and beverages ($100 of this amount is tax-deductible). Gift bags have been donated by Glasshouse Fragrances and Popojo ‘Life Inspired Jewellery’.

The event is being held at:
Doltone House Ballroom
Hyde Park
181 Elizabeth St
Sydney
NSW 2000
